By selecting an ADA-accessible room, you are acknowledging that either you or a member of the guest party to be residing in this room has a disability or an impairment requiring the reservation of this ADA-accessible room.

Pursuant to applicable law, an ADA accessible room will remain on hold (not available for reservation) so long as there are other non-ADA accessible rooms available for reservation by guests. This ADA-accessible room will only be reserved for the guest who acknowledges the need for an ADA-accessible room. In compliance with applicable law, however, if all other non-ADA accessible rooms are booked on certain date(s), the hotel may then release the hold on this room on that same date(s) and book the ADA-accessible room for any guest, including those who do not have an impairment of disability.
